Sales Assistant Individual needed whose strenghts include time management, organization and accuracy. Must be able to organize others within the department and support a diverse team of 3 managers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills and computer knowledge, customer service skills, and loves to deal with people. This position involves "putting out fires" as need be, and supporting a very busy and dedicated team. Duties include typing contracts, calling clients, answering p hones, creating banquet event order forms, and other clerical duties as needed. Administrative experience is a must.
