Re: Delco Development, LLC

To Whom It May Concern:

I am a member of the township committee, currently serving as the Township's Mayor. I have been involved in local government for the last 20 years, serving a term as a township Committee member in 1994 through 1996.

As a member of the Township Committee I am keenly aware of the need for clean development that brings jobs and ratable's to this community. I have known the principals of Delco Development, LLC for over ten years; and during that period of time, I have had an opportunity to meet with them on numerous occasions associated with the development of a large tract of land which they own on the northern end of the Township. During that period of time Delco has brought a Hampton Inn, a Cracker Barrel, and an Applebee's to this township, the king of development that most communities favor, and certainly the kind of development that this community favors.

Based on my long association with Delco, I believe that they have the experience and expertise necessary to properly and effectively develop the remaining land they they own in this township. Accordingly, on behalf of the Township Committee I wholeheartedly support the continued development of their land located in this Township.
